DEPOSITS
All appointments require a £20 deposit which is NON-REFUNDABLE. Once your deposit is paid, you’ll receive a confirmation email with further relevant information therefore it is essential that you provide the correct contact details when booking. The deposit is deducted from your final payment which you will pay on the day of your appointment with CASH. If you cancel your appointment you will need to pay a new deposit when booking a new appointment.

 

STRICTLY

No plus ones and please do not turn up to your appointment early as you’ll have to wait to be let in. If your appointment includes wig making please respond to your confirmation email with your head measurements (Circumference + Ear to Ear in cm or inches

PRE APPOINTMENT INFORMATION

Please avoid buying dense frontals or frontals with grey lace. Density should be 130%-150% anything higher the lace will be thick. I also recommend pre-plucked frontals. What Lace Is Best For You?

CANCELLATION POLICY

For Wig Services + Frontal Ponytails, Hair should be received a minimum of 3 days before your appointment. If failed to do so you’ll be charged a late fee of £10. If I still haven’t received your hair 24 hours before the day of your appointment, it will automatically be cancelled.

LATE ARRIVALS

If you are late for your appointment we will endeavour to accommodate your treatment as soon as we can. If however you have missed your slot and we cannot carry out your treatment on the same day the above policy will come into effect.

FAILURE TO ATTEND

You will lose your deposit of £20 and will have to resubmit a new deposit for a further appointment.
